Former agent of Rory Mcilroy, Chubby Chandler, never changed his words. Now Chandler has sharply attacked Tiger Woods, who in his opinion “destroys his heritage” with his current performances.
Chandler has recently hit the first pages of newspapers For deceiving the TGL league led by Rory Mcilroy and Tiger Woods, claiming that in the league “it is primarily about putting money in his pocket.”
In an interview with Vision4Sport, Chandler explained why he doesn’t even want to see Tiger on the pitch at the main competition, saying:
“I don’t know if Tiger will play in Majors at all in 2025, but does it make a difference at all? Do I want to see him on the pitch? No, I don’t.
“If he plays in Majors, I hope it will be at least half -context. Not like him at the moment. Poor boy. Have you seen his right leg? He is broken. It is not in great shape. I don’t know what’s in his head. If he goes away and just watches his son growing up and does the same as you, if he returns, he will be far enough from real majors that he will be able to consider himself an older statesman.
Then Chandler revealed that he had the feeling that “everything that the tiger is doing now, destroys his heritage” and that it is sad, that children “are now watching a broken tiger” on their screens.
“I don’t humiliate him. Stewart Cink almost won Open, but Stewart Cink was in good shape. The tiger does not fit. The tiger is broken. Doing all this with a broken body is very difficult. Lots of kids are now watching a broken tiger and this is not how he should be remembered. It’s very sad, know his achievements and know that he is not competitive.
“This victory in 2019 was his moment. And that’s it. Everything Tiger does now destroys his heritage. “
Tiger has not yet announced when he started the campaign in 2025.
