Titleist has introduced the GT1 line of drivers, fairway metals and hybrids designed to provide higher launch and faster ball speeds.

GT1 driver
What the manufacturer says: “GT1 drivers feature an ultra-light configuration, along with lightweight shafts and a lightweight grip to enable greater clubhead speed and improve launch conditions for the moderate swing speed player. GT1 pickups are also available in a standard version, with a 15-gram (+6) head weight option and a standard shaft and grips. The standard setup is perfect for any player who wants to increase launch and stability while maintaining spin, without going to a lightweight design.
Eyepiece: Head volume 460 cm3 with adjustable loft in the range of 9, 10 and 12 degrees and adjustable weight of the rear sole.
Price and availability: $649 with Fujikura Air Speeder or Project X Denali Red shaft and Golf Pride Tour Velvet Lite grip. Available to the public from February 21.
GT1 fairway
What the manufacturer says: “GT1 fairway metals feature an ultra-light configuration, along with lightweight shafts and a lightweight grip to promote fast speeds and a high launch for the player with a moderate swing speed. GT1 tracks are also available in a standard version for players who prefer the launch conditions and shape of the GT1 in a standard loaded configuration.
Eyepiece: 165 cm3 and 180 cm3; adjustable rear and front sole weights and adjustable hosel; lofts in 3-degree increments, from 15 degrees to 24 degrees.

GT1 Hybrid
What the manufacturer says: “GT1 Hybrids feature a lightweight setup designed for moderate speed gamers. They are also available in a standard version for gamers who prefer the performance and profile of GT1 but would not benefit from a lightweight setup.
Eyepiece: Movable front and rear weights with adjustable hose and available heights: 20, 23, 26 and 29 degrees.
