Adrian Lewis not only does he have a huge talent for playing darts, but the two-time world champion can also sing quite well. One song is invariably included in his repertoire at exhibition events throughout the country.
The Stoke-on-Trent darter has been booked for an exhibition tournament in Boston, England. Jackpot was played there. Raymond van Barneveld, Scott Williams AND Simon Whitlock last Saturday. Lewis won the event, defeating Van Barneveld 5-1 in the final.
Lewis surprised the crowd by not only throwing darts, but also taking the microphone and singing Robbie Williams’ karaoke classic “Angels.” This led to a wonderful one-minute musical performance that was met with thunderous applause from the fans in attendance.
The 39-year-old Englishman has not competed on the PDC circuit for over a year and a half, but has taken part in demonstration events. Next season, Lewis plans to return to darts more often. He has already agreed to start in the MODUS Super Series in 2025.
