Italian media have not yet confirmed when Veiga will land in Turin.
The 21-year-old has made 18 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist. He is expected to join Juventus on a €5 million loan.
Vega will be the third to sign for Juventus in January after Alberto Costa from Vitoria Guimaraes and Randal Kolo Muani from PSG.
Alberto Costa has joined the Old Lady on a permanent €13m transfer, while Kolo Muani has completed a loan move until the end of the season.
